Still the same.... 120.75

I am giving it until Monday morning before I try something new. That gives me today to do 30 Day Shred level 2 before work and Bikram Yoga after work, and tomorrow to do 30 Day Shred and run. I am also not going to eat anything or drink anything but water after 8pm today and tomorrow. Monday morning I might try on some pants I'm trying to get into just to make sure that things are really at a stand still. But if things haven't changed I am doing some hard core restricting for three days to five days followed by a slight increase to see if maybe I'm just not switching things up enough.

I mean really a WEEK? enough is enough already.

So I am at work all day today and I wasn't that productive yesterday - all I did was research flights for my trip in August and bug the BF to get back to me with solid dates so I can book my plane ticket. It definitely lifted my spirits. We are going to Spain for another wedding. Even though that's prime vacation season in Europe (it's when they all take their vacations) and that means it's going to be expensive I am totally psyched to be going. We may even do a side trip to France, which I  have never been to. I spent quite alot of time yesterday watching Supersize vs. Superskinny (I am addicted to that show!) on Youtube. But that means I'm going to have do alot while I am here at work doing homework and catching up on school reading. Oops.

My second class of Hot Yoga today after work. I am not really looking forward to showering myself in my own sweat, but I am so looking forward to gaining in my flexibility. My hip flexors have been sore since yesterday. And I know I don't stretch those out enough so it's a good thing.

One of my yoga goals:

Try drinking more water. Sometimes that will wiggle you past a plateau.
I can already do that pose:)

Trinity: Thanks for the tip. I do try to get in at least 64oz of water a day. Some days it's easier than others. I've just started yoga so 90% of the poses are a work in progress. We all start somewhere right?
