I can't believe that I have successfully (if I get through today) gone two weeks with out a binge! Just a month ago that would have seemed impossible. But here I am almost 2 weeks later with only a few treat cravings given in to and no full on binges (eating more than a serving of something and /or eating beyond the point of fullness).
Yesterday I tried Hot Yoga again. This time was alot harder. I think because I went after work when I had been up at 5:30 for my 30 Day shred workout and per their instructions I had lunch 3 hours before the class, but my lunch was pretty small. Anyway it was rough. I felt like I was standing in the rain that's how much sweat was pouring out of me (I don't know I had any water in me left by the end!) and the changes in elevation (from laying to sitting to standing) were giving me a headache. So I ended up resting on some of the poses that I hadn't rested on last time. I ate some veggies and humus when I got to my car and even still when I got home after taking I shower I cashed out for like 11 hours! I am going to keep trying it though. I think on Monday I will try having a heartier lunch and if that doesn't help then Wednesday I'm going to have some fruit about half an hour before class. I am not ready to give up on the idea of alternating running and yoga with my 30 minute weights in the morning, especially because...
I weighed 119.5 this morning!!
Way to skip right over 120 : ) It probably helped that I sweat out every ounce of moisture in my body and then skipped dinner because I was asleep. So I just hope that I can stay here or go below tomorrow and not go up once I'm hydrated again. Keeping my fingers crossed.
In other good news I found another cheap salon with good online reviews to do my Shellac manicure. So I am going to do that on Tuesday provided I continue to stay binge free.
