Today's Weight: 123.25 (yay!!)

Third day of 30 Day Shred & so far so good. I'm burning around 250 calories during the workout, though I'd kind of like to boost that, I know that I'm really pushing to get that in a 25 minute work out (that's with the warm up!)

I've run all this week too - I ended up running outside yesterday after all. The sun came out (ish) in the afternoon and I kind of hate the gym in the spring and summer. It's such a waste to be inside on a treadmill when it's warm and gorgeous outside. I don't feel like I'm making a ton of progress on my runs though - not getting any faster, not going farther. Thinking of adding intervals to help with that. Going faster or running longer is the only way I'm going to keep my calorie burn as I lose weight.

I've been aiming for a deficit of about 700 calories, or a net of 600. It could be a larger deficit but no more than 1000. Which I'm not really coming close to. I'll have numbers later in the week.

I'm trying not to have any candy today. Though it's hard going. I don't really want it, but I do. I'm so happy with a -4 pounds in 3 days. I don't want to fuck it up again.

I opened these last thursday which sparked my binge that night when I was trying to apply last minute for a job, and then move my BF out of his apartment. But I have only had a few since then (5 on monday actually). I am leaving them here at work. They are not going to be consumed. I will take out another 5 tomorrow and have them with a diet coke. But that is all!

Ha, ha. The red vines got me yesterday too! I was able to limit it to 2 but they are still sitting there in my kitchen.
