In one month I go to visit my BF who's away for an internship. That is how long I have to stop being a fat ass, stop binging (and purging) and get my act together.

First - No sugar Monday is effect. I will begin increasing this to include other days. As well, but I need to get through today first. Yeah, that lasted until 2 o'clock. Let's face it, I'm not going to get by with out sugar. Not yet anyway... but, I can at least minimize it.

Second - Rewards for going binge free on the weekends are Manicures and Yoga classes. Beginning May 16. Cost is about $30, which I should be saving in Binge food, so it evens out.

Third - Public humiliation. I will be posting on the weekends now. And soon I will be putting a horrid picture of me in the bikini that is going to Jamaica now.

Fourth - I will be scheduling my days and sticking to routine. I need to come up with a routine for the weekends.

Fifth - I will be doing the 30DS EVERY DAY for the next 30 days (10 days a level) and working in running and yoga classes after work and the weekends.

No More!
