I prefer to do this on a daily basis - but I just didn't get to it last week. And actually, it's kind of cool to see my weekly totals. Even though I lost weight this week, I didn't hit my target deficit which is 4900 - 7000 calories. So, either I need to eat less or exercise more!

Thanks! I actually enjoy working out which probably helps. I felt antsy this weekend not getting out for my run. I thought that going out dancing would burn more calories, but I didn't wear my heart rate monitor.
