This post could also be called WTF Heart Rate Monitor?! It turned off on me in the middle of my afternoon workout! So I had to guesstimate those calories burned, but I'm pretty good at judging now, if I keep my HR up I usually get 10 cals a min. So I sort of underestimated what I burned to be on the safe side and to take into account the warm up.

Don't you just love being able to be so organized with your calorie tracking and exercising? Cool. And I agree. It is such a victory to have been able to say no to junk or food you should not be eating.

There is something so reassuring about doing all of the math. It's probably not the healthiest of mentalities and possibly borderline OCD, but since I don't live the rest of my life that way, I'm okay with it : D

I love being able to walk by the junk food in the grocery store and say, I don't WANT that. It's not easy, but it's getting better.
