The good things:
- I have not bought any candy.
- I have not bought nor eaten donuts! or other baked goods (not made by me)
- I have done a little baking of my own (50 calorie cookies FTW!), but not nearly as much as I thought I would want to. So, I think the sugar is getting out of my system.
- I have been consistently getting 70-90 oz of water a day.
- I have been running and lifting 6 times this week.
- I have gotten down to 119.75 lbs. A loss of about 7 lbs. (I know I was way up there when I got back from time with the BF, but eating out 3 meals a day and binging in the airport on cashews and raisinets will do that
The not so good things:
- I have been drinking alot of diet soda on top of my water.
- I may be getting too much caffeine (apparently more than 400mgs can release cortisol which helps you store fat.)

You're doing so well! The good definitely outweighs the bad and that's an amazing loss :)
