Yesterday was the last day of week 1 of my very own three week challenge.

The good things:
  • I have not bought any candy.
  • I have not bought nor eaten donuts! or other baked goods (not made by me)
  • I have done a little baking of my own (50 calorie cookies FTW!), but not nearly as much as I thought I would want to. So, I think the sugar is getting out of my system.
  • I have been consistently getting 70-90 oz of water a day.
  • I have been running and lifting 6 times this week.
  • I have gotten down to 119.75 lbs. A loss of about 7 lbs. (I know I was way up there when I got back from time with the BF, but eating out 3 meals a day and binging in the airport on cashews and raisinets will do that

The not so good things:
  • I have been drinking alot of diet soda on top of my water.
  • I may be getting too much caffeine (apparently more than 400mgs can release cortisol which helps you store fat.)
All in all - I think the good is definitely outweighing the bad!
