117.75 today.

That's only a .75 loss from yesterday. I can do that through diet and exercise... what's the point of fasting? There better be a big drop tomorrow when my body realizes I'm not starving it.

I have five days before heading to the BF's parent's place for the long weekend. Four days there where I really can't afford to gain anything, and one day at work before I go to Jamaica.  I don't know if I can drop almost 3 pound before I leave, much less the 5 I actually need to lose so that I have weekend wiggle room. *sigh* I don't want to get discouraged, but I am really kind of dreading the weekend.


Searched for "celebrity bikini" in google images. I don't know who this chick is, but for a real pic she's looking pretty good.

Dont worry, I'm sure the loosing will pick up speed if you give it time :) just stick in there and you will see :)

Really, really just try to focus on not overdoing it at the weekend. Jeez...I know how freakin' hard it is. I have a happy hour on Wed and Friday that I cannot be bad at b/c hubby comes back this weekend. Hopefully, you will have a bigger drop tomorrow to make fasting worth it.
