Which all means that if we go out to eat after the movie and I am very very good I will hit my 1500 calorie mark for Saturday and still have a decent deficit. If I can stay good on my calories I may even hit 118 by thursday! (I hope I didn't just jinks myself) I would only have to lose .5 to .75 a day between now and then. Which means I could actually be 115 for Jamaica. I wish it was 110 so I would have the buffer while on vacation. Fourth of July will be a food fest and Sandals resorts are all inclusive. I want to get my money's worth! : )
I weighed in today at 121. Which is good since yesterday I was really tired and didn't go for my evening run. We got free mexican food at work with delicious brownies and cookies for desert, I limited myself to 1 brownie and 1/2 a cookie. I was going to have salad, but it turned out there wasn't any (unless you count the shredded iceberg lettuce - no tomatoes - they put out for the tacos.) so I just had two small tacos. The shell were Ortega and I know their calorie count (120 for 2) and I had a very small amount of beans, no cheese and salsa. So, my calories were really low for the day. I went home crashed out for hours, watched a little tv had a granola bar and went back to bed. When I first woke up from my nap I weighed myself out of curiosity, knowing I hadn't eaten much, and I weighed the same as I had at 5:30 that morning!
I reveal my true geek-dom, by saying, that while I am looking forward to the movie - THIS is the real X-Men First Class
