Up, then down, then up again. I can't seem to win.
I was down 2lbs yesterday. And it's back again today. I didn't even eat a ton yesterday.
I'm beginning to think that the only way for me to get down is to go back to mega restriction. Normal eating patterns just aren't for me I guess.

That sucks!! Don't give up though...I know you won't. The only thing about hard restriction is your damn metabolism slowing. Damned if you do damned if you don't.
Thanks!! You are right. I really don't want to do such a major restriction. I just need to keep going the healthy route and I'll get there eventually. : )
