So... I could probably up my calories slightly. I've calculated my BMR at 1300 so if with exercise I consume a net of 800 a day I should lose a lb a week. But, I don't know that I restrict that much on the days I don't exercise. We shall see how things go.

I need to drink more water. I should really cut down on my coffee and soda and replace it with water. Still, 40 oz. was more than I have had in a few days - I was drinking nothing but diet soda and coffee all weekend.
