Making very little headway so far. I just keep falling off the wagon. Some candy here and there leads to a whole bag. A donut craving one day leads to a donut every day for three in a row. And what's a donut with out a caramel latte to go with it? A craving for pizza doesn't stop at something healthy I make at home, nope, I need a whole $5 pizza to myself because after my piece limit I conveniently forget to wrap up the rest for the freezer and the next thing I've eaten 5.
Something has got to give. I'm assuming it is going to be my budget. Eventually I'll be broke and won't be able to buy crap food.
Today's plan:
breakfast: 1 slice pizza, coffee w/ fat free creamer 225
lunch: 1 slice pizza, apple, banana, diet soda 400
snacks: apple, banana, carrots, coffee w/ hazelnut creamer 260
dinner: none
I was also supposed to wake up an hour early to work out this morning. And that didn't happen. So we shall see. My plan is to get home clean a little and go to bed really early. I think that should keep me on track.

Once upon a time I was that tan, maybe even a little more. But the upkeep was too hard after I didn't have an outdoor pool anymore. That's fine, my skin will look better longer I guess.

Your plan sounds good. I LOVE Pizza so any plan that pizza is a part of sounds good to me! Maybe it will keep you feeling satisfied longer and satisfy your cravings so you don't overdo it later.
