So, I have determined that I don't put as much PB or jelly on my sandwiches as I thought. The serving size is 1 TBSP for the fruit spread that I use, and I just barely use half of that. The same with peanut butter. The other day I actually used 1/2 a TBSP on a piece of bread. Tonight I measured and was pleasantly surprised.

I am sure that I am over estimating my vegetables, but I'd rather over estimate than under.

I still need to try to drink more water - my goal in a day is 64 oz. I haven't even come close in the last few days.

Funny. I actually took the time to measure out how much pb and jelly I use over a year ago and forgot...so I've been meaning to do it again. Hopefully I'm not using as much as I think I am either.
