-.5 Which I'm happy with considering I wasn't as good yesterday as I wanted to be.
I ended up with a chocolate muffin at an all staff meeting. But I only had a quarter of my dinner and then I worked out for 2 hours during Biggest Loser.
I ate probably 1600 calories (I'm guessing the muffin was 500 calories, though I hope I am wrong since it wasn't as big as one you'd get at a store or Starbucks). And I burned a whopping 1120 calories exercising (I love my heart rate monitor!) because I worked out for the whole two hour show instead of just an hour like I normally would. But, I realized to lose 5 lbs this month I need to burn more than just 500 calories each workout.
Today is ending up not great either. I've had a couple more cookies and a couple of hard candies. But... This month's goal is about exercise so until I get to the give up sugar resolution, I'm not going to be too hard on myself.
