The scale said 121.75 this morning.
That's kind of ridiculous. I don't know if those diet pills are working, if I was retaining water from my junk food binge over the weekend, if working out in the morning set my metabolism on overdrive or what. But I am not going to look a gift horse in the mouth and I'm going to keep on keeping on.
Another cool thing I discovered yesterday is that the treadmills at my gym can read my heart rate monitor so that my current heart rate shows on the treadmill screen and I don't constantly have to check my watch. I still have to wear the watch because it also calculates my calories burned.
I have also rediscovered running. I ran about 30min last night 5min warm up walk, 5minute cool down and in between I alternated 1.5min running, 1.5 walking. I felt great. And I am so sore this morning.
These are things I must keep in mind that I LIKE how I feel when I am healthy and active. Add to that that I have two Xs and a down arrow on my calendars! And I am pretty happy.

Looks like you are hitting your stride. I want a heart reate monitor too so I can calculate calories at places other then the gym.
