I work out, I eat less, I don't go out, I don't eat any candy or pastries. O

On Friday I weighed 119. On Saturday I weighed 121.75 (after eating out Fri night). So I was good on Saturday. I spent 50 minutes on the treadmill and burned 600 calories. I kept my calories reasonable. I did ab work and leg lifts before I went to bed, just in case.

So why did I wake up and weigh 122.75????

Why do I do all of this and GAIN?

It's enough to make me give up. Why not have a donut or three, it's not going to matter anyway? Why exercise? My entire body is achy and sore from weights and dance and kick boxing and running. For what?

The rational part of my mind knows that I didn't drop 4 lbs in 4 days. Not really in a meaningful fat loss way. And I also know that I couldn't have gained almost 3lbs of muscle or fat in 2 days with my diet and exercise.

Which means, today's plan - is low cal, LOTS of water to flush out any sodium, and exercise.

Your muscles are prob holding on to water from all the exercise you've done.

I will go down...promise!

Don't give up! I know how horribly frustrating it is but just think of the mess you will be in if you do eat those 3-4 donuts and say to hell with it. Your body is stubborn like mine!! Just stay the course. Slow and steady.

Thanks ladies!

I am glad I didn't give in. I am just going to have to push through it and be the tortoise not the hare. :)
