I didn't do as well as I would have liked this weekend, but better than I probably would have thought.

I ended up eating that boule (I don't know it is spelled right, it sounds like boo-lay) for breakfast on saturday. I did run 4 miles and go dancing though. Except I ended up having a slice of pizza and a hard cider. Not terrible, but not great.

On Sunday I ended up having eggs and avacado for breakfast made by my boyfriend - at least he forgot about making lattes because he uses whole milk (gross!). I didn't eat another real meal that day though, and I ran 2.75 (should have been 3, but I was rushed) miles. I went to the movies and didn't even order popcorn or candy, which is so hard for me. I love popcorn and candy at the movies. I went to a Superbowl party and a few chips and guac (damn those avacados) but I really didn't over do it. I wish they had had some vegetables, but judging by the size of our hosts they don't see alot of those on their plates.
