I understand why people aren't supposed to weigh themselves every day. It's disheartening to see that I gained even if it's a small amount. I know I shouldn't have eaten the popcorn last night. And I am determined not to snack in front of the tv anymore.
Also, it turns out my calories were way off. My mother is back in town and she doesn't buy the same brands as I do. I look for the items that have the lowest calories and fat (or at least lowest fat to calorie ratio - no point in having low calories if it's all fat!), but she doesn't. My wheat bread is 2 slices a serving for 110 calories - her's is 1 slice for a the same. So add another 110 to yesterday's totals. Then I forgot that I had a coffee with 2 creamers not 1. There's another 40. No wonder I gained.
They've gone on another candy run at work so we are back to being fully stocked with jolly ranchers, tootsie rolls, and toffee.

-350 cal = 2nd half-marathon training day - 3 miles running 1 walking
I'm not loving today. I wish I hadn't eaten the candy at work. But I don't work on Friday!! So I am going to try to be really good. Eat breakfast, work out, do homework, make dinner (soup) for my boyfriend. If I am good during the afternoon I don't think eating with him will ruin my day at all. Crossing my fingers I'm down tomorrow.
