exercise - I was supposed to go for a 4 mile run according to my training schedule. But we had a snow storm and I went straight home from work. I did do a couple of hours of house cleaning though and I think that's good for at least -100.

Not as great a day as I would have liked, but I kept my fat down and I didn't mindlessly snack. When I got home and I wanted to munch, I drank a diet soda and did house work instead!
