I'm embarrased to even be writing this right now. I am sitting in a cafe having just eaten an egg/cheese sandwich on a cheese bagel. To my credit it took more than 20 minutes for me to eat it. Considering I wanted to scarf it in like 4 bites, that's an accomplishment. I got coffee, but used skim milk instead of half & half. The worse part.... I have a boule in a bag sitting behind my laptop. I know I should never have ordered it, but they are hands down my favorite pastry. Usually they're out of them by the time I get here. Usually they're out of the cheese bagels too, but I guess it was my bad luck, to be staring them down in the glass case while I paid. I plan on doing some homework/reading while on the stationary bike today - so hopefully this will not be too big a deal when I weigh tomorrow. Other bright side - saturday and sunday are running days.

Oh my god! I just looked up the nutrition information of my cafe breakfast! Never again! The boule (which I'm not eating now) has 650 calories, 120 from fat! Thank god I looked it up before putting it in my mouth.
