So, I have realized that keeping a food journal is a must. If I don't have accountability for what goes into my mouth, then I'll just eat anything. (Ok, that was a little on the dirty side, and I did not mean it like that at all).
TodayI weighed in at 126, I'm hoping it's because I'm hydrated from yesterday- I drank a lot water.
For breakfast:
Fast Food drive through sandwich,hash browns and coffee (Bad I know, but I overslept!)
540/270/30g (I know a ton of fat!!)
Lunch
Subway veggie sandwich

Snack:
1 piece dry toast
50/7/1g
Dinner
Asian noodles w/ stirfry sauce and veggies
165/50/6g
Intake Total: 1035/382/43g (fat is at 38% of my calories that's way too high!)
Exercise 4mi run: -365
Actual total:670
