So, Wednesday, was supposed to be 900 calories and I ended up being closer to 1000.

I managed to skip dinner after going for a run. I thought about having some Metamucil to fill me up, which I totally should have done instead of having fruit, because I had a huge headache and felt really awful when I went to bed. But it was worth it.

Wednesday looked like:
Oatmeal 150
Blueberries 30
Coffee w/cream 60
Almond Butter
and Jelly Sandwich 350
Berries 150
Banana 120
1/2 C greek Yogurt 65
more fruit 80

Total: 1005

Exercise Ran 1 mile -155 (according to Heart Rate Monitor)
Walk 1 mile - 75

Total calories = 775
Deficit of close to 1000 considering a BMR of 1700

I also sat with my heart rate monitor on yesterday (I really want to wear it all day one day) and 4 minutes of sitting around burned 10 calories, so I'm pretty sure my 1700 BMR is accurate.
