So, I ended up doing pretty good yesterday - I didn't get the ice cream afterall, because I totally forgot that we got a free lunch at work because of new student orientation. I did limit myself though. I had one small soft taco w/ beans, rice, lettuce, tomato, and jalapenos. I think that didn't come out to more than 300 calories, only ate 1/2 my sandwich as a snack and had a really light dinner of whole wheat past and veggies - I gave some of the pasta to my BF, but ate all the veggies on it. And I cooked, so I know that I used only a small splash of oil in the pan for veggies which would have served 4 (we saved the rest) and nothing in the pasta - not even salt in the water. As opposed to my BF who makes a sauce out of olive oil, garlic, onions and cherry tomatoes, it's really more oil than veggies. All in all I think I stayed right at 1200 yesterday. The downside is that I didn't really get to exercise. Unless you count sex, which, I'm totally tempted to do. Maybe -150?

Anyway, I'm pretty happy with the scale, and with the BF going out of town tonight I can pretty much keep this weekend down to 1100 or 1200 each day and exercise because I don't have to squeeze him into my schedule. The hard part will be tomorrow, I am supposed to go see a cousin and there will most definitely be pizza there. Maybe if I eat light the rest of the day, and limit myself to 2 small slices and plain salad.

Today came to 975 and I'm thinking I might have some plain airpopped popcorn for dinner while I watch tv. That sholdn't put me over 1200.
