I'm frustrated. I came in at a reasonable calorie goal yesterday and I exercised (okay, I could have probably run for longer, but it was better than nothing). And I'm still at yesterday's stupid weight.

At this rate, there is no way I'll get into those pants on Friday.

I'm going to aim for 1000 calories today. If it's nice again today (not to hot and humid) I will run later at home. It was going to be a weight day, but I think I need the cardio more right now.

I'm also not having any pastries, or sweets. I think my mom's banana cake (and she made banana bread yesterday) is part of the problem.
