120.5 this morning. It's not great. That still won't put me at my weeks goal, or into those pants - I checked, I tried them on, and I need to lose like 2 inches around my hips. The pockets should lie flat, but instead my fat makes them stick out.
Sigh...
I got up at 6 this morning and exercised. I burned 281 calories, practically what I ate for breakfast. So that's something at least. I needed it since I didn't work out yesterday. I wanted to, but it was so hot and humid that I just sat around (and went to the bank). I even thought about going to the basement and hitting the heavy bag for awhile, but then my mother's husband decided to work down there - so that was not an option. By the time it cooled off enough to work out it was 8:30pm and I had caved in and eaten. So I watched tv for an hour and went to bed.
Yesterday:
250 Oatmeal with stuff
50 Coffee w/ cream
50 Grapes
35 Strawberries
100 two thirds of a a banana
350 Almond Butter Sandwich
100 half slice banana bread (spit out the walnuts)
120 two taco shells
50 salsa
1105 Total

Well, sometimes something is better then nothing. Working out REALLY sucks sometimes but at least you are trying.
