Well, I knew I would be up again today based on yesterday's really bad eating.
But I'm being really good today.
65 1/2 C greek yogurt
150 cereal
50 coffee (1/2 cup)
150 banana cake
120 2 taco shells
30 salsa
Total 565
-581 exercise dvd Jillian Michaels "No More Trouble Zones"
Which means that I have 600 calories for dinner. The BF should be back in town by dinner and I'm pretty sure we'll be going out. I think I can stick to a salad w/ no dressing, maybe soup and water I can probably stick to that. And if I go a little over it won't be so bad considering the exercise.
