I was doing so well. Today I weighed in at 120.5 which is great progress for getting into the pants on Friday and my breakfast was really healthy.

But, I didn't exercise, and I had to go see my cousin while she was in town. I did manage to remember to bring some sparkling water so I wouldn't have to drink their soda. But there was not salad to fill up on. Only pizza. Literally my aunt walked in the house with 4 pizzas and nothing else. Then instead of doing homework when I got home I sat and watched tv and munched some more.

So unfortunately today is:

80 English muffin, organic whole wheat
30 egg whites (2)
40 Feta 1/8 C
60 half banana
100 Donut holes (2)
100 F.F. Blueberry muffin (1/3)
65 peanut butter cup (1 newman's own organic)
600 pizza (3 slices cheese)
100 banana cake (2" square)
100 grapes and blue berries
200 cashews

1,475 Total


Granted this stays with in my weekend allowance, but the fact that I ate all that I ate all that sweet stuff and I could easily have only eaten 1 or 2 slices of pizza, but didn't. And not exercising just makes me feel fat and lazy. Not to mention, the pizza we had I know for a fact has HFCS in the crust and sauce. So I'm made that I ate any of it - but couldn't be rude or not go see my cousin. And now I am sitting here with a giant head ache, feeling sick to my stomach and nobody to blame but myself.

I can only hope that tomorrow I haven't gained too much (121 I could live with) and that I can get back on the horse.
