Today the scale was resting right between 120 and 120.25. So I'm pretty happy with that. It means that this week will be a 1 lb loss. Not 2 like I'd hoped, but it's going in the right direction. I went grocery shopping yesterday and cooked last night so that I have dinners and lunches for the next few weeks. I made split pea soup. It virtually fat free, just a tsp of oil for cooking the onion and garlic, then some stock, peas, carrots and potatoes. I blend it all when it's cooked so it's nice and creamy and add chopped cilantro. YUM. And put some chili to cook in the slow cooker. I also got the ingredients for minestrone which I will make tonight. I didn't really keep track of what I was eating at home. I was busy cooking and didn't eat a real meal. I just munched on a bunch of stuff, and I'm afraid that it really added up. I'm surprised that I was down today actually.

I am hoping that I can do well this weekend. Friday night drinks w/ the BF and his friends. Saturday some kind of German beerfest. Saturday day I'll be on my own though, so I am hoping that I can be good. And Sunday maybe the BF and I can work out together.

I woke up early again today. Like yesterday my alarm went off and I immediately reset it for later. But 10 minutes after climbing back into bed, I got up and got dressed to work out. This time I ran 2 miles. I really should have stretched afterward, but I was really pressed for time.

150 banana bread w/o nuts

110 cheese
