I am pretty happy about that. I think I can definitely fit into those pants on the 30th if I keep this up. I am sure it's alot of water weight, because I think I had maybe 500mg of sodium yesterday. I am going to try to keep that up for the next week and half also.



Today I was going to allow my self 1400 because it's thursday, but I'm going to say 1200 this week (1100 real food, 100 Haagendaz 5 ice cream), because Mon and Tues were pretty bad.

Today should look like this:
3/4 C Oatmeal 100
Blueberries 30
honey 20
coffee w/ cream 80 (if I drink it all)
Almond butter and jelly sandwich 350
1/2 cup greek yogurt 65
1/2 C cereal 150 (if I eat it all)
fruit 100
1/4 C ice cream 110
Dinner ? 200



Total:1205 (will add a banana if I don't finish the others)


I don't get home until 6 on Thursdays, and I'm supposed to see my BF before he goes out of town for the weekend so I'm not sure if I'm going to get to exercise. I won't know until I call him at 6. He wants to exercise so maybe we can do it together.
