121.25!! I am so happy to see a steady downward trend over the last week. I am beginning to notice a difference in my upper abs. I notice a huge difference in my flexibility, my kicks continue to get higher and my knees straighter. I need to push my strength and endurance a little more. I'm not going to add any weight days but I need to stop doing the "modified" version of moves (like pushups and plank jacks) and just do as many "real" ones as I can - even if it's just three or four for right now. And I am going to start running again.
Finally a weekend where I went down. Really and truly lost weight. I have plans for Friday and Sunday and my mom is back in town on Saturday so I am going to have to be real careful with my calories those days.
It's so nice to have the high limits on the weekends it makes me feel secure and like I'm not cheating my diet by having a little extra, because I'm not!
I know this chick get's posted alot on blogs and where ever, but there is a reason - and she is one of my pictures attached to my credit cards to help inspire me. I don't honestly believe this is the body of a ballerina (the shoes in the background) BUT she's got an amazingly toned body that'd I'd love to have.
