My first weekend, probably since christmas, that I DID NOT binge. I even came under my calorie allowance yesterday!

The no tv for lent decision is totally working. Even thought I cheated a little bit by watching a movie with my BF and some older Biggest Loser episodes while not working out, I didn't SIT and watch tv. I worked out to biggest loser and then had it playing while I cleaned the kitchen. I did that because I'm all caught up on the Jillian Michaels' podcasts otherwise that would have been playing.

I did buy some candy over the weekend, BUT I kept it to two small packages of licorice and I limited my self to 1 serving of each kind on Saturday and Sunday. I also made sure that it fit into my calorie allowance for the weekend. So I actually have half of it still left! That is a ridiculous improvement over previous weekends.

Even though it was a busy weekend for me, I got my workouts in before eating breakfast like I said I would. The only place I slipped up a little was in eating after 9pm. My evenings were so busy that I just couldn't get home to eat on time, or I was busy at the time I'd ordinarily eat.

Scale is still sitting at Thursday's weight, which considering how weekends used to be for me, I am really glad about. But I'm also hoping that the dip in calories at today and tomorrow will spur some loss.
