I'm the only person I know who gains weight with the flu. To be fair it wasn't the throw-up-y kind of flu. Just the achey, fever, chills, sore throat kind of flu.

I'm sure some is probably water weight. The BF was so nice and brought me Udon noodle soup. I am sure it was loaded with sodium. And I haven't worked out in days. I feel like I could get back to it now that I am feeling slightly better. But I am afraid to over do it and not get 100% better. I am not sleeping well and it looks like the flu has turned into a cold/sinus thing. Even on pseudoephedrine I can feel the pressure in my sinuses.

I need to get back on the challenge and will probably extend mine until my dance competition.

which is in 3 weeks! I have 3 dances down pat, 2 down pretty well, 2 that are okay, and 2 that I am just terrible at (because I just learned them for this comp). Thankfully they all get judged separately and I have 2 chances with each dance. I am aiming for top five in most of them. I wish I could aim for number one, but a) I don't practice enough and b) this is my first competition.

I need to start thinking about a costume and lets face it those things are tiny! I want to look skinny and toned in what ever I end up in.

(this is not me)
