Okay, so the weekend is upon me and I want so badly NOT to binge and to actually lose for once over the weekend. I'm sick of the yo-yo.
I have some organic blue corn tortilla chips in the cupboard and some fake chicken nuggets in the freezer. But neither is enough to binge on. There is 1/2 a pint of ice cream left over from last week too. But I have been so good about having small servings of it - which is why I still have some left. I doubt it will last the weekend, but if that's all I have I think it will be okay.
The trick is to STOP BUYING binge foods, and keeping busy at home.
To that end - and I realize I may come across as desperate and crazy here - I glued some thinspiration/fitspiration onto post-it-notes that I then stuck to my credit cards. I sized them to fit exactly on my CCs. When I put them in my wallet their perfectly toned quadreceps are all you see. But I am hoping that this will give me the pause I need when I go to buy junk food that I know I will binge on. Especially since I have to take the post-it off the card in order to be able to use it - yeah, there is a picture on each side of the card - no getting away from their fit toned bodies if I am going to spend my money. I really hope this helps because I spent way over my food budget in February because of junk food - all that stupid valentine's candy.
I also have another project that I have to work on and that must be done quickly this time. I've already mapped out how much time I need to spend on it each day to get it done by the deadline. It means extra time on the weekends so I am not overwhelmed like last time.
I have also planned my Saturday night out dancing so I won't be home watching tv and shoving my face full of food.

i wish i could plan out things like you do! and then stick to them... haha good luck I hope you lose tons this weekend!
You're right, the key is to not have binge foods in the house, but sometimes that's easier said than done!
Sounds like you've got it all under control with thin/fitspo in your wallet to ward off temptation.

Maybe I should try that credit card thing! Good ideal.
