The past couple of days went pretty well. I'm down almost 4 pounds from Sunday and basically back to my pre-flu weight.
On Tuesday I stayed in my calorie limit with 1150.
Yesterday I went to 1583, which was a little over, BUT per my restrictions for Lent I worked out while watching Biggest Loser (yeah, I watch it Wednesdays). When my cardio DVD (Burn Fat to Boost Metabolism) was over the show still hadn't ended. So I popped in a new one 10 Minute Solutions: Dance off Belly Fat and three of those workouts. When the show was finally over I had burned 1126 calories. That's on top of my regular morning workout of 30 Day Shred which burned 247 calories. Ridiculous right? In a totally good way of course. My net for yesterday was 210 calories : )
I felt pretty okay skipping my AM working this morning since I had to get my car in to be serviced before work. I am going to do my 30DS when I get home and then I am going dancing tonight.
I was originally worried about the weekend because the BFs parents were supposed to come visit and I was afraid that they'd want to take us out, but he's going down there instead. I think I might order out on Friday while he's gone, but at least then I can account for it ahead of time instead of guessing.
I've made a few edits to my blog. I finally figured out how to fiddle with the HTML and get the tabs at the top of my blog to actually go somewhere. I was able to move some things from the right column onto their own tabs. I also hope to have a food page/blog eventually. Obviously, I have high calorie totals because I like to eat. I honestly don't know how I did it before on a really low calorie diet. I also have pretty strong opinions about food and food quality which would be better expressed there than here which I've only meant to chronicle my calories and weight loss. In the next couple of days I hope to get back to a detailed accounting of the numbers - aka what I'm eating, the calories, my workouts and the deficit.
