So, I was REALLY good the rest of the day and only went over my wednesday calorie budget by 70. After 3 donuts I think that's pretty amazing. And I worked out during Biggest Loser and burned -950 so all in all not so bad.

I still didn't get up for my morning 30 Day Shred workout. Tomorrow it is a must and today afterwork I'm going to have to burn an extra amount like I did yesterday.

I weighed in at 119.75 today!  The trick now will be actually keeping it off this time and not going up so that I can get my first reward in a couple of weeks.

I think you did pretty good! Krispy kremes are a weakness for me, I don;t like most donuts but those are to die for. So glad I can't find them here!

Aaaahh Krispy Kreme! Haven't had em in a while so I might end up with 3 myself if given the chance. Good job on not just writing off the day and pigging out. Shows that you can "save" the day and not totally blow it even if you ate something bad.
