This is Challenge Day 8. I have "successfully" completed a whole week! It was mostly successful in eating and it was totally successful in weight loss.
Today I weighed in at 120.25 exactly. I don't think I've seen anything close to120 since before Thanksgiving. I notice a difference in some of my clothes. My boyfriend says he can see a difference, and my voice teacher who I hadn't seen in two weeks also asked if I was trying to lose weight (not that I need it, she qualified).
My workouts are going really well - I manged 6 regular push ups yesterday during my workout.
2/22/2011 - Tuesdays are my LONG days leave the house at 7:30 and get home around 10pm,
