I am pretty amazed that I was able to stay under 1500 with the candy and doritos. My goal is to stop eating shit like that completely and fill in with other healthier options, like vegetables. I only ate 1 vegetable today. ONE. That's terrible considering I'm a vegetarian! Good thing I take a multivitamin. The funny thing is when I finished the last snack - the doritos and 1 PB cup - I felt kind of "off" almost sick to my stomach. I really need to give this crap up.
I love this new dvd - The Biggest Loser Last Chance Workout - It's a Jillian Michaels DVD (obviously - because I adore her!). It has 3 workouts: a total body, upper body, and lower body. You are meant to do one day total body, next day upper and lower, repeat. But I do the whole thing at once. It's great because in one hour I burned a ton of calories and didn't even realize it. I felt the work out of course, but I had guessed maybe 500 calories burned. Plus it uses free weights and body weight, so I feel my workout the next day - I know I'm getting stronger! The other reason I like it, is that it's full of biggest loser contestants. If they can bust out the pushups, mountain climbers and the "renegade rows" then I certainly should be able to.

Glad you are doing so well!! You ate just moderate amounts of the junk-which is what you should do and not go overboard so that's good. I too would like to just cut them out but I'm not sure if I can.
Thanks! I guess I see 4 mini candy bars and think that's a lot - but, in retrospect at least it wasn't a whole bag!! I think I am going to have to let myself cheat a little every day otherwise I will end up binging again.
