This is me yet again!
I know yesterday I was all like, "progress, is more than the number on the scale." But I am just having a fat day today.
My calorie calculator says I did really well yesterday with a normal intake (about 1300) and 700+ calories burned. So, why is the scale not moving?
I feel really squishy and pudgy today, so I am guessing that there was hidden sodium somewhere. So today's goal is to keep that really low and drink a ton of water to see if the scale moves tomorrow. I am also going to have to give up eating my canned soups maybe for good. There is just way too much sodium in them even though yesterday I only ate half a can.
Otherwise I'm just keeping on.

Patience! But I know how awful those fat days that make you want to jump out of your skin can be.
ah that sucks..!!! Focus on the fit and not the number :)
