Beginning Weight (10/17) = 125.75
Ending Weight (10/24) = 124.75
So, I didn't get my 3500 calorie difference, but I still lost weight over the week. I was down to 123.25 on Friday, but went up over the weekend. It's still lower though, and that's what matters. Looking at a few pretty big intake days, so I'm not too surprised. And my schedule has been hectic so my burn is down. Maybe it'll be good for me, keeping my metabolism guessing.
