123.75 today.
But I still haven't had the time to exercise between taking care of sick cats and making my Halloween costume. I guess, I could say that I'm choosing not to exercise in an effort to get other things done. My weight is still going down though. Even though my food choices haven't been the best this week. Day two of candy for dinner. But my calories are in line and I'm in the lower 120s. I will step things up again after Halloween. Though I do hope to exercise today, since I heard once that you can start losing your fitness level after just 3 days of inactivity. I picked up a Bob Harper dvd at the library so I am hoping to do that. It'll be different than the Ripped in 30. I made it 30 days on that, even though only 6 on the last level. It just wasn't difficult anymore by the end (I guess I need to buy some heavier weights) and I got bored.
My goal after Halloween is to run 5-6 times a week and do weights 3 times a week. I haven't quite figured out the logistics yet. But I think that and moderate calories will help keep me slowly losing.
So, I'm at work right now. And I finally got done being the stupid desk bitch. You, know I do my coworker who shares a computer a favor by sitting at the front desk in the morning so when the other guy who uses the computer comes in she has a place to go. But she totally takes advantage and doesn't switch with me at the half way point between our shift. She waits for the other guy to come in and sometimes he runs so late I'm out here nearly my whole shift. So I am being run off my feet while she's doing who knows what and it's made me cranky.

Next time just walk over to her desk and then she'll have to go to the front right? Or maybe it's so busy you aren't even able to do that. I'd be pissed too. Candy for dinner is totally something I would do.
