Down another 2 lbs today. I know that all I am doing right now is taking off the stupid water weight that I accumulated through binging. But I am starting to feel better already.

5:30am run this morning. Usually I do one of my 30 minute circuit videos, but with the heat wave we have right now, the temps in are in the high 90s and the heat index is around 105-110 in the afternoon. Which means there is no way I am running outside after work. So, instead, the air conditioning is on and I'll do my weights after I get home. We shall see if cardio in the AM has any effect on my weight. I think it's good for now too, because it'll force me to get back to where I was pre 4th of July with my running where I was easily doing 3 miles. Today I ran 1, and jogged/walked a second. It'll force me to hurry up and run faster because I have limited time in the morning due to work.

I got to watch the sun come up on my run this morning, but it wasn't on the beach.

I feel ridiculously productive today. I got a ton done around my house last night, exercised a little bit, made myself a really nice big salad for dinner. I came in around 1250 calories intake, and a deficit after BMR and exercise of -600. So that's good, way better than yesterday. This morning besides running I put out the trash, sat and ate breakfast (bagel and coffee=355), and did a load of laundry! Of course I had packed my lunch the night before and set out the clothes I was going to wear today so getting ready took no time at all.

Now I am at work, and I have to make sure I am prepared for my tutoring session this afternoon and catch up on my own homework.
