So far my deficit is only -432. I did a kettleball workout this morning and I've had 1150 calories of mostly all healthy food. The only thing that could possibly be not was the homemade oatmeal bread that I had for breakfast with my sugar-free coffee. It had some whole wheat flour, oatmeal, and applesauce in it, but also quite a bit of sugar. I put a TBSP of almond butter on it too... it was so good! I ate it so slowly and then work interrupted so I had to go back an hour later to finish it.... awesome. Because I wasn't hungry for hours. Soup and a homemade whole wheat roll for lunch, and a salad for dinner. The calories piled up because of the olives, trail mix, and dried apricots I had on the salad. Still all very healthy. But, I didn't get a second workout in (yet anyway) because of work. I've just got so much to do. I am hoping that I can squeeze something in before I go to bed that I go down tomorrow. But that depends on how much work I can get done right now.
Last night I weighed the same as the night before. And today I weighed the same as yesterday. So, at least it's not up, but I'm not thrilled about it either. I know that it could be water, and I am on my period. I just wish I could have been a little bit better today.
