Today I weighed in at 117 again.

Still it's good, but it's not 115 either.

I knew yesterday was going to suck. I had two get togethers to go to. And I ate lunch at home, so I should have known better. But the first thing I had was middle eastern food, and the second tai. A couple of my favorites. Then at my second gathering, one of my friends kept buying me beers. I was able to pawn off 1/2 of each one though on a another friend.

Even so, I think I took in about 1500 calories yesterday, 300 at least in beer between 10 pm and 1:30 am. I also had a club soda which has a lot of sodium. So, I'm not really surprised. Although, I did work out yesteday. I was on the stationary bike for almost an hour, and I did it with 1 lb weights in my hands so I was doing punches, and curls, tricep and chest moves while I was biking. I burned 500 calories!

But what ever. It's still a loss from last week.
