Yesterday sucked, and I'm paying for it today.

I got home really hungry and had a carrot with hummus. Which isn't bad at all only 95 calories (Not my favorite brand of hummus, I prefer the one with only 50 cals).
But then, instead of exercising (since I did work out on Sat, Sun and Mon) I sat in front of the tv and transferred some old CDs to my laptop. About 7:30 I needed to make dinner and instead of sticking to my veggies and 1/2C pasta, I ate left over tai food, which was full of cahews, fried tofu, and who knows what kind of sauce. I don't know what I was thinking - other than that I had paid for it on Saturday and I couldn't let it go to waste. And since I hadn't really done too bad over the weekend maybe I wouldn't today either. But I knew, deep down I knew I would gain today. And I did.
I'm trying to be so good today. Coffee for breakfast, Yogurt and fruit when I got to work, some grapes, an apple and another coffee before lunch.I have homemade pea soup for lunch and I'm going to try to eat only half of it - it's pretty thick, so I think I can do half with a little extra water and it will still be really good. Carrot and hummus when I get home and maybe egg whites with salsa for dinner.
I had to add in the extra coffee because I am so hungry right now and I like to take a late lunch so I don't have to be at work that much after my break. I also have a monster headache which is not normal for me. I blame yesterday's dinner. I just know that if I didn't grab the coffee I'd be in the candy bowl looking for the butter cream toffees. I found a natural no-calorie sweetener (Sweet Leaf's stevia) that I've been putting in my coffee to bring it down to just the creamer calories. It has a weird aftertaste, but no more than sweet 'n low.

I'm a late "luncher" too. I prefer to come back and have as little time as possible before it's time to go home.
