Back again today hovering just between 116.25 and 116.5.

I'm okay with that especially since I wasn't as good yesterday as I should have been.

For one thing, I had a brownie from the employee lounge. Someone put plates full in there after some meeting another department had.

Then I went over to the BFs house. I knew I was going to be cranky so I had a tortilla with a little cheese and salsa. We worked out, showered and made dinner. He made mushroom ravioli and broiled some zucchini. I didn't get to see the package of ravioli before he through it out to know the calorie count. Then he wanted to go get a drink. I was so tempted to get an ice cream drink or a coffee and baily's. But I knew I didn't want to add anymore calories especially with being up yesterday. So, I just had club soda and he had a beer. I had a couple of tastes of it, but not very much at all.

Today I was out of yogurt and fuit so I ended up having an egg sandwich on a whole wheat english muffin. Only, I bought the wrong kind. It's 180 calories for 1 muffin!! Add to that the 100 calories in the eggs, and the 45 in the cheese - that was a big ass breakfast. I'm really kind of pissed off. I'm hoping that it will keep me filled up though so I can have a later lunch, the fruit for a snack and skip dinner.

I need to be good this week because yet another girl friend of mine is coming over tomorrow for brunch. I like having people over, but it means I have to eat alot. I'm going to keep it as healthy as possible. Mostly egg white scramble, cottage cheese pancakes (a JM recipe) with homemade fruit syrup, and fruit on the side. I think that should be plenty and as long as I don't over do it on pancakes I should be okay. I have the day off so I should be able to exercise off whatever I do eat.

It's so nice seeing results, I'm just not ready to go back to more calories yet.
