So yesterday wasn't a total bust even though I didn't work out. Right after I hit the publish button last night my cable went out. No biggy, I was going to pop in a dvd and get on the exercise bike for a bit, but then my heart rate monitor wouldn't work.

I love that thing. I'm able to monitor whether I'm working out in my zone or not, and it tells me my calories burned. I put it the chest strap on but it wouldn't register with the watch. So major bummer. By then it was getting late so I just did some crunches and leg lifts while I watched an episode of House.

I'm almost 100% positive that I've lost water weight only at this point. Since I've been drinking a lot of water and have had practically zero sodium. But regardless, I'm liking the numbers.

I'm really going to be good today and I've planned out my meals -

Fruit and yogurt - 100
Minestrone - 250
Carrot - 20
Apple - 80
Grapes - 50
Avocado salad - 200
5 oz Red Wine - 125
Grand total of = 825

I may add in some more vegetables and TBSP of hummus depending on how hungry I am after work today.

I have a test due on Friday, that I should be working on right now. Or if not that I should at least be working. Yesterday I was so productive. Today I just can't feel motivated. I have so much to do today - getting my hair cut, grocery shopping, my test, I haven't practiced my piano all week and my lesson is tomorrow. A friend is coming over on Friday night to do a relationship vent and another friend is coming into town on Saturday. Before I see her I have a get together on the other side of town with dance friends I haven't hung out with in a while. That's going to be interesting. It's at a middle eastern restaurant, and I think I'll have to stick to veggies, hummus and salad.

At least though, I am keeping busy. So when the BF gets back to town and asks me what I've been up to, I have a long list.
