Whoo hoo!

I kept friday to a pretty decent 1230 and did an hour on the stationary bike for a -400. Saturday I kept it to 1050, ran for -400, then went dancing for another -200. Sunday was the best of all though, 890 and a cross fit work out plus the bike for an hour total for -510.

Don't get me wrong I love my boyfriend and I miss him like crazy. But it is just so easy to survive on fruit and vegetables and not cooking while he's gone.

Today has been not quite as good food-wise. I ended up having a very small piece of cake (like 4 bites) that a co-worker brought in. Two stuffed olives (one garlic, one blue cheese), two cups of coffee w/ cream, and some cashews. Nuts and cake were supposed to be off the menu this week! But so far I'm still only at 873 for today. I was considering broccoli or something for dinner, but honestly I can't stand the thought of cooking today. Usually I like cooking, but I really didn't sleep well last night, and I may call it quits early tonight and just have some fruit.

Tomorrow is going to be hard. It is a co-workers birthday and I know that my boss is bringing in a cake. She always picks the worst desserts. Whenever we have a celebration at work she brings the same weird cake/brownie thing that has carmel and coconut on the top. If I could scrape that junk off, it'd be half-way decent, but since we all eat it she thinks we like it!

So, my plan is going to be the same as today. Light breakfast, snack at work, light dinner. I will start adding normal things back into my diet Thursday or Friday. I cut out my oatmeal and have had yogurt and fruit in the morning instead. No bread either. I wasn't supposed to have cake or nuts either, but whatcha gonna do? I can only be so good. I will also start to allow myself my normal 1200 calorie a day calorie limit. I know I can drop fast at only 800 a day, but not healthily. And it will make me want to binge majorly when the BF gets home. Today and Thursday are my days off of working out, so I think that's doable.

Then when he gets home I'll attempt to go back to my varying calorie schedule Mon through Sunday but this time: 1000, 1300, 1000, 1400, 1000, 1300, 1400. Since I know I can hit 1000 still having oatmeal for breakfast and cutting out nuts and carbs the rest of the day. I can have those things on higher calorie days.
