I've been in a really shitty mood this whole weekend. BF and I were supposed to hang out and spend quality time, but then he had to work on his last group project of the semester. So half of my Sat and Sunday were spent waiting for him. The upside, I have a very clean kitchen.

Then, I discover that I didn't lose any weight despite being relatively good this weekend. And all I want is Taco Bell. Seriously, I just want to throw in the towel and binge on 7 Layer Burritos, Nachos, and Coke.

I've got 20 minutes before I'm done with work and my stomach is grumbling, so instead of taking my break and eating my healthy lunch, I decide I'm going to read some blogs to keep my mind off food. And somehow am reminded of my chart that I saved after visiting Losertown.org. If I stick to 1200 calories a day I can be 108 by Halloween. I really want to fit back into my costume from when the BF and I met. Not only that, but he's been talking fall beach vacation.

So, I'm still thinking Taco Bell, and go online to figure out what I can have that will fit in my calories (I've only had 345 so far today). When I see they have an Ingredient Statement. Only the best ingredients for Taco Bell right? Wrong.

I'm sorry but when did cheese start needing an "anti-foaming agent"? And why does Avocado Pulp need it's own explanation of ingredients? Shouldn't it be Avocado?

So, when I'm done with work in 7 minutes, I'm going to eat my healthy lunch, and when I get home I'm going to eat a healthy dinner. I'll probably re-read some of Jillian's Master Your Metabolism and work out.

Yay, for being back on track :)

The only thing I get from Taco Bell is crunch or soft tacos. Either or. Good for you for skipping it and going healthy!
