Better than yesterday's 119 though.

I didn't do wonderfully over the weekend. Going out with the BF is just a recipe for disaster calorie-wise.

We had Indian on Saturday which is all white rice and naan bread. Then on Sunday we went to Olive Garden - more white bread and salad dressing - and I had my leftovers from the Indian place.

I tried to keep it together yesterday, but since about a week ago when I dipped back into the candy bowl, I've been having a hard time staying away from it. Then I went home and had chinese noodles in Kung Pao sauce. Today I am determined to be good. It's all full of HFCS and weird unpronouncable ingredients I have to keep reminding myself.

I had an egg and cheese on an english muffin for breakfast with a coffee. Some grapes for a snack. I also brought pea soup for lunch and a carrot and hummus for another snack - since I'm working later than normal.

I have definitely been getting comments about my weight loss and a few pairs of pants are fitting differently. I think if I can keep up the moderate amounts of healthy food, skipping dinner or having a light one where possible, and exercising 5 times a week. I will be okay and can maintain this until the BFs next business trip.

Yesterday I only burned 200 calories on the bike. I just didn't have the motivation - but I moved a bunch of furniture around the house and then vacuumed with an ancient machine that is itself as heavy as a piece of furniture.
