Wow. Where has the time gone?

So in May by resolutions were to food journal every day and not eat in my car. The second one went pretty good until last week and I said fuck it and ate crap on the way home from work every day. The first one was the same as always, great during the week, not on weekends.

I really stick to a better diet when I do journal though. So I am going to try to get back to My Fitness Pal instead of hand writing. It's on my phone so there really are very few excuses not to use it even on the weekends. I am rarely with out my phone. Besides, I think it would be better to start carrying a day planner for to-do lists than a food journal. I don't know why but I prefer writing things down and crossing them off over using an electronic calendar.

June's resolutions are to give up all soda (except club soda), including diet soda. And to declutter 3 things a day. I'm behind on the second one already. But I was barely home at all this weekend when the month actually started. I can still do it today and be on track I think. The soda thing is pretty easy so far. I have switched to seltzer water and so far so good.

Even though I have not kept to my weight loss goals, I did go get myself some new running gear. Some shorts, and tank tops that will be good for keeping me cool when I run outdoors. It has just been getting so hot some days and all I have are cotton t-shirts and shorts. They end up soaked with sweat. It's pretty gross.  I'm looking forward to my race that is coming up on Saturday. Though I don't know how well it is going to go. I've been getting a weird foot pain that I think might be Plantar Fasciitis.

I think it's good that you got your self some running gear even though you didn't get to where you wanted.

Gl with your goals, and honey, I think you should have your foot checked, That doesn't sound too good.
